As a mum of three and working full time, it is brilliant to exercise and have something I can pick up at any moment in the comfort of my own home. Martin supplies all the equipment to use and keep at home for the duration of the course. The convenience of this helps prevent delay with waiting to purchase items, knowing what to get and crucially not losing that initial drive and motivation to make a change. As is the common reason for employing a coach, I wanted to lose weight and improve the overall appearance of my body. Martin's extensive knowledge of dietary needs and the designing of a bespoke programme provided the perfect combination. Martin really listened to my wants, needs and blended these with his recommendations. I was blown away when Martin also started tackling some postural issues and back pains that I have. This was an element that I didn't expect to be part of my coaching, and is now one of my main reasons for training particularly with weights. I would highly recommend Martin, he offers an array of training packages and truly has your best interests at heart. Such is his passion and well meaning to see people be active and lead healthy lifestyles.

I am an experienced gym user but have for years struggled to overcome training plateaus and see improvements in muscular strength and body composition. Martin has devised a bespoke periodised training programme that has helped me to achieve my goals at an accelerated rate. I have particularly benefited from the technical coaching received and education/implementation of advanced resistance training systems along the way. I make good use of the MG Fitness Coaching app which clearly sets out my periodised training schedule including all planned workouts. Martin has also advised on supplementation to support my training goals and is always on hand to provide ongoing support when required. I started my sessions with Martin to gain muscle mass and help improve my general fitness and mental health. His expert knowledge in hypertrophy training and metabolic conditioning workouts, not only allows me to reach my intended goals through a focused training plan but also allows me to understand which muscle groups I am using and developing. As a novice, understanding my diet, what equipment I need and how to use it was an initial barrier. Martin provided me with an agreed diet plan along with the use of free equipment to use during my training. The dedication Martin has shown to my training shines through in our one to one home based sessions and his availability to answers any questions when training on my own has helped massively. The use of a two way mobile app that is updated by Martin, details my plan through video guidance which has been a much needed and invaluable resource.
